Directions

General Driving Directions: Take exit 70 off the Long Island expressway to NY 27 (Sunrise Highway). Follow NY 27 for 18 miles. At the stop light, turn right onto North Sea Road. Go under train trestle to traffic light and make right turn - you will be on West Prospect Street. Go up Hill to Pelham Street. Just before the water tower, turn left, 85 Pelham Street is the 3rd home on the right with green shutters.

Southern State Driving Directions: Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 44 East. Follow NY 27 (Sunrise Highway) for approximately 50 miles to North Sea Road, and follow directions described above.

Directions from Orient Point Ferry: As you exit the ferry, follow traffic onto route 25 West (Main Road). Turn left onto route 105 toward Riverhead. Go past Indian Island Golf Course and turn left (east) onto route 24. When you reach route 27, go east toward Southampton and follows directions above.

Directions from Port Jefferson Ferry: As you exit the ferry, get on route 112 south until you reach highway 495 (LIE). Head east on the LIE to Exit 70 and follow directions above.
