Reservations

Please be sure to include your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Arrival and Departure Date and type of Accommodation in your request.

We prefer cash or check only (payable to Sara Thomas) but credit cards are also accepted.

We require a Two Night minimum stay: three nights on holiday weekends. Rate includes continental breakfast served between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.

Cancellation Policy:	Up to 30 days advance	75% refund
	Between 10 and 14 days	50% refund
	Less than 14 days we are unable to offer a refund

Check in time:	Between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Check out time:	By 2:00 PM. Please.

Adults only, we are unable to accommodate children and pets. Also, we are a non-smoking facility.
